As a landlord representative, we draw upon our experience and market analysis to create aggressive marketing strategies and implement successful leasing programs that increase a property’s cash flow and return on investment.
We follow a six-step landlord representation process that includes:
| 1. | Market rent analysis: A market analysis would be prepared to assess overall supply-demand conditions, performance of competitive properties, and achievable rents to establish the property’s competitive market position. |
| 2. | Create and implement a comprehensive Marketing Plan. |
| 3. | Analyze offers and their respective financial statements, competition in the market and other relative information which will ease the decision making process of choosing a qualified tenant. |
| 4. | Negotiate offers. |
| 5. | Work with your commercial real estate attorney to draft lease and negotiate the lease |
| 6. | Communicate to you regularly the results of the prospect activity and keep you abreast of competitive space and market conditions. |
