As a landlord representative, we draw upon our experience and market analysis to create aggressive marketing strategies and implement successful leasing programs that increase a property’s cash flow and return on investment.

We follow a six-step landlord representation process that includes:

1. Market rent analysis: A market analysis would be prepared to assess overall supply-demand conditions, performance of competitive properties, and achievable rents to establish the property’s competi­tive market position.
2. Create and implement a comprehensive Marketing Plan.
3. Analyze offers and their respective financial statements, competition in the market and other relative information which will ease the decision making process of choosing a qualified tenant.
4. Negotiate offers.
5. Work with your commercial real estate attorney to draft lease and negotiate the lease
6. Communicate to you regularly the results of the prospect activity and keep you abreast of competitive space and market conditions.
